Details
I'm not sure what would cause this, but GetTargets on MessageChild is never
getting called when I click on a folder and therefore no headers show up in the
thread pane. This was working after last night's tree widget branch landing but
isn't anymore. I'm starting off assigning this to David since I see that you
touched some code in the RDFGenericBuilder.

I have a fix for this too. David, I think you took out the code that let me not
set the threadPane to open="true". If I add that back in I can see headers.

I'm reopening this and reducing the severity. Your fix is a workaround and not
the real fix.

Moving to M9 since a workaround exists. At this point if it isn't a crasher or
some serious blocker, I'm moving it off to M9.
