Bug 777331 added an "uptimems" command to sutAgent which reports the system uptime -- how long it has been since Android was booted.
In some bugs, I find myself just as interested in how long sutAgent itself has been running. For most test runs, we reboot the tegra or panda first, expect sutAgent to be started automatically by the Watcher just after boot time, and then start communicating with sutAgent. A significant difference between uptimems and sutuptimems would indicate instability in the sutAgent (perhaps it is being killed by the system due to low memory conditions, or maybe it is crashing).

looks good. How do you envision this working? Will you have to modify the harnesses to print this out? We will need to work with releng to deploy a new 1.18 agent.

Both mochitests and reftests dump the output of the full "info" command at the start of a test. That's good enough for me, at least for now -- no harness changes planned.
