BuildID: 2001062504 Help Contents under the help menu is blank, right pane is blank (including tabs) and the main help screen doesn't display any text. Reproduce: 1. When click on help, there is one blank option at the top (help contents). 2. Click on it. 3. Blank help menu window pops up. Expected Results: The help window displays text in tabs, table of contents and everywhere it should appear.
