STR:
1) Visit https://www-dev.allizom.org/en-US/about/careers.html
2) It redirects to https://www-dev.allizom.org/en-US//careers.mozilla.org/ which is a 404. 


This might be due to changes the .htacess file on dev

This and another issue are causing Selenium test failures on dev

Yes, I did it... My patch in Bug 798611 Comment 19 will fix the redirect issue.
