I'm not clear on why this bug blocks bug #844579. It seems like this bug and that bug are two different projects and aren't really related.

I recommended :Pwnna make bug #844579 block on this bug because his project this summer will help figure out a lot of the workflow that bug needs:
* How to get data out of SUMO
* How to target that data at a particular user (rendering show for, using the right locale, etc)
* What articles should we sent the user? Presumably we want to do something smarter than shipping the entire KB.
* How do we keep users up to date?
* If we have some way of pre-populating the browser's local storages (indexdb and appcache, as of right now), we might even be able to use oSUMO as the solution to #844579.
I think that treating bug #844579 as a related project makes a lot of sense. Granted, this probably should have been explained before.

Shuhao: Are you saying you need to implement bug #844759 before this bug? I'm pretty sure that's not true.
Hmm.. I just remember taking that bug off the depends on. Not actually sure why it's now depends. Sorry about that.
