Right now the user must click on the numbered pin cluster, at which point the map zooms, then click on an unlabeled pin to expand the pin cluster. This should be simplified into a single click, after which the map zooms on the pin and opens the cluster (with the spiral effect).

Blocker, as events views are busted without it.
