steps to reproduce: 1. Search for "cony8368" in marketplace-dev expected behavior: Substring search should be supported https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/app/test-app-cony8368/ is one of the apps in the search results observed behavior: No results found.

I'm guessing that maybe this failed when ES was throwing 500s. I'll re-index in the morning and see how this works. Our queries should do substring matching.
I re-indexed this morning and this works.
