Steps to reproduce:

I open the Developer Tools and inspect something.



Actual results:

When I scroll on the CSS editor part, it became gray.
If a move my mouse over some editable label, it appear, but only the label, rest keeps gray.
(see attachments, and sorry for my bad english)



Expected results:

You have to see anything, as if I scroll

I am not able to reproduce this issue with the build of Firefox 22 you are using.

Do you still have this issue if you start with a clean profile?  Here's an overview of the process to make a new one for testing:

Yes, same with i clean profile ... BUT !

I have a habit : I usualy type MAJ + F2 to show the Developer Toolbar behind the Developer Tools.

With this bar enabled, there is the bug.
Without, strangly, no bug detected.

Here are the steps I attempted: 

1. Open Developer Toolbar
2. Open Inspector
3. Inspect an element
4. Scroll through the rules panel on the right

I tried this with Firefox 22 (20130521133416) on OS X 10.8.3, but I was not able to reproduce.

Perhaps someone else will have more ideas on what is needed to reproduce.

Have you a custom theme installed ?

I have usually one, maybe this combinaison change something.
I try my best to find a reproductible case.

But it seems that all this combinaisons (theme + developer bar + inspector) cause the glitch

This bug seems to be fixed in Firefox 23 beta 1 \o/
