When a hover style is defined for a LI element, it is applied only while the
mouse cursor is to the right of the element, not when it is on it.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to a page that applies this kind of style
2.Hover over and to the right of the list items
3.Notice the effect is applied with the mouse cursor at the wrong position
Actual Results: The effect is applied while the mouse cursor is to the right of
the element
Expected Results: The effect should be applied while the mouse cursor is on the
element
It is not required by CSS that the hover pseudoclass is supported on all
elements, but I think that if it is supported on elements, it should be
supported correctly.
Changed URL to the testcase.
btw. I noticed that the effect is applied while the cursor is over the list-item
marker too.

notice how :hover works for bullets (move cursor to the right of the text) but
when hovering over the text itself (inside bullet) hover fails.
this is a dupe of good old bug 5693. :-)
