Go to the mobile Facebook site (I'm using a Nexus 4). Go to a post that has several comments listed for it. Click on 'comments' and the page loads either at the bottom of the comment list or way past the bottom - and you need to scroll up to not only read the post, but to read the comments in chronological order. Expected: page loads with the post at the top and you an scroll down (instead of vice versa)
Does http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xboLqZefOJg match what you see? This seems similar to bug 843392 which I filed some time ago.

Very similar indeed, although never quite that extreme (the worst was about 2 scrolls 'up' but usually I get the very bottom of the text of the last comment)

Been trying this both on nightly and beta, and I'm getting inconsistent results now. On nightly (and also on beta), clicking on comments takes you to the top of that post now about 75% of the time (and beta more often but not 100%). So this is becoming less of an issue since it's not happening all of the time anymore.
So, sounds like a minus. renom if you disagree.
