Look at the attachment. Its an animated gif from www.mtnsms.com. The first time
you load the page the first frame in the gif is not transparent. Next time it
runs it is displayed correctly

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. run attached html-file
2. Look at the gif first time it loads. First frame is not transparent.
3. Reload the page to see the effect again only the first time

Actual Results:  First frame is not transparent.

Expected Results:  First frame should be transparent.
