"Vote" button on this page is shifted over to the right out of its position. This happens on build 2001-06-25-09-0.9.2 windows 98 and 2001-06-22-06-trunk Linux Redhat.

Attachment 40280 [details] is as small of a testcase I could get that still shows the broken behavior. If any one of the CENTER, FONT, FORM, or TABLE tags are removed from the testcase, the page renders properly.
Didn't this bug exist a few months ago and then randomly go away?
