 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 Sometimes can not load music.
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
  Now find sometimes the device can not load music,then reboot the device,it could not load songs yet,but when you reset the device, it works normally.
 
 Please see attached log.
 
 SW12A is OK.
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 The device can scan songs normally.

Hi, all,

I have ever encountered the similar issue while I reproduce following case.
  * https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=876351
    Bug 876351 - [Open_][video]video list screen die when reading from SD card or after sliding a few times

While the above case happened then you launch the music app, the music will hang there(Always loading as attached video). After Marco trace bug 876351, we found it caused by media format.

So, could you please insert a empty SD card then test this bug again?
If it doesn't happen, it may cause by media format/SD-card.
Otherwise, it may cause by system build and need further investigating.

By the way, the log's extension name is "*.isf".
Does anybody know which tool can open it?

It's same to bug#868945,and it's easily reproduce when you test with a Buri device follow the steps that bug#868945 comment#11 given.

Please ignore my assumption above.
I can easy reproduce this case while I follow the steps that bug 868945 mentioned.
> 2) Launch "Music" app for the first time from the home screen
> 3) Tap and hold home button and then tap on "X" to kill the "Music" app
> 4) Open the music application for the second time

Test build: 20130605_Root.cfg (Got from TCL server)
