We'd like this to get coverage of the new BasicCompositor.
This should be identical to the current Ripc testsuite, except with the pref 'layers.offmainthreadcomposition.prefer-basic' set to true.
This test suite should be green, once bug 879149 lands.

We probably only want/need coverage on linux opt builds (same as we have un-hidden for the current Ripc suite).
