STR:

1) open metrofx, and click on a top site or bookmark tile to navigate
2) wait until the page loads, then edge swipe down

result: no context ui. 

3) edge swipe again

result: context ui is displayed

4) Go back, and select another top site or bookmark
5) wait until the page loads, then edge swipe down

result: no context ui. 

6) edge swipe again

result: context ui is displayed

(repeat)

The context ui should display on the first swipe, but never does.
I've experienced this and think we need to fix this for sure.
