According to bug 874454 comment 11 the PyPI mirror is updated by a cron job running every 5 minutes. I pushed a new version of b2gperf 5 hours ago, and it has not appeared on the internal mirror. Expecting version 0.3.6 at http://pypi.build.mtv1.svc.mozilla.com/simple/b2gperf/

The new PyPI system has been moved behind a CND, so it can take hours before it appears

After some discussions with the PyPI maintainer, it appears it was probably a bug on the mirroring script. I have updated it and the package appears now. Let me know if this happens again
