879666 - Need to update emulator in tooltool for B2G emulator testing for Bug 874744

We correct some behavior of emulator for airplane mode in bug 877530. 
In order to have marionette tests for Bug 874744, we need update emulator used by TPBL to pick up the fix, specifically the below commits:
- hardware/ril: https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/platform_hardware_ril/commit/34aeb202365788e3df465a3bcc9e8e20318b5065
- external/qemu: https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/platform_external_qemu/commit/b6dd227511c7a8335cd0446b1f42090c1a56032b

Looks like Marionette can't find a running emulator.  Could be multiple concurrent emulator instances, emulator can't open DISPLAY, adbd in target OS doesn't run?  Any tips we can help verifying the build?

The issue is caused by commit aece11 [1]. Vicamo has helped revert the bad commit. Thanks, Vicamo.
