Works for me with Italian (same for bug 880766).
Given that Google displays the Dutch version I'm going to guess that B2G is setting the locale correctly, it's just that Bing is using some other method to determine which version of the site to send.

If this is considered a bug then I would think it's at Bing's end and is therefore a case of evangelism.

Page shows up in Dutch now on Keon. Is this still an issue?

Possibly IP-based geodetection, and the original tester happened to be on a network Bing thought was in England? Would be good if somebody in the Netherlands can re-test this one.

(IMO unless it's reproducable on-demand in the Netherlands, we should just close it.)
It doesn't seem to be geoip based, but it would be interesting to retest it. The tester might have hit a
different bing server and to publish the IP address of the bing server and the Accept Language which has been sent to bing.

I can't reproduce it for sure. :)

So from Japan,
Accessing http://www.bing.com/
with Accept-Language:	en-US,en;q=0.5
I get the "Japanese/English" version of the site.
suggestions in Japanese at the bottom, but top menu in English.

with Accept-Language: fr,en-us;q=0.7,en;q=0.3
I get the "Japanese/French" version of the site.
suggestions in Japanese at the bottom, but top menu in French.

with Accept-Language:	ja
I get the "Japanese" version of the site.
suggestions in Japanese at the bottom, but top menu in Japanese.

with Accept-Language:	nl
I get the "Japanese/Dutch" version of the site.
suggestions in Japanese at the bottom, but top menu in Dutch.

Note also that bing has a feature to set the language:
if I do http://www.bing.com/?setlang=nl-NL
I get the right version even with a different Accept-Language.
