Browser navigation window, when the user right clicks on a link has the following shortcut keys by default :

Open link in new tab (shortcut: t) *
Open link in new window (shortcut: w)
Open link in new private window (shortcut: p)

* this follows the behaviour set in preferences for tabs : opening a link in a new tab switches focus to the new tab or not.

==================================================================
right click on any bookmark in the library has these shortcut keys :

Open (shortcut: o)
Open in a new tab (shortcut: w) **
Open in a new window (shortcut: n)

As you can see, these shortcuts are different, and even contrary to the behaviour within a page window.

In fact, they should be the same, for opening a new tab and a new page.
Also, there should be an "open in a new private window" as well.

** when opening from library, focus is always changed to the page window.
IMO this should follow the same setting for tabs, and if tabs are not set to gain focus when opened, then neither opening them from library should focus them.

Thank you.
Same behaviour, that is inconsistent with browser window, when using right-click for context menu on "Bookmarks" menu from the menu bar.
