"Open Link in New Window" Does not Work

Details
When one right-clicks on a link and chooses "Open Link in New Window", a new
browser window is not spawned. In fact, nothing at all happens. Left-clicking on
the link properly opens the link within the same browser window.

The feature started working for me again. I suspect that the reason new windows were not being spawned was due to too many other applications being open at the same time, causing a shortage of video memory.
With few applications open, the feature works as expected. No big deal. I will call the bug "invalid" because the feature works as expected under normal conditions.
