881993 - Snapped view start screen polish for Bookmarks and Recent History links

The top sites *title* is exactly the same looking as the "Bookmarks" and
"Recent History" *links*. When I first seen this I thought there was a bug
that snapped view didn't show bookmarks and recent history under their
respective titles.  

Yuan had a great suggestion for this:

Good catch, Brain. Please go ahead and file bugs on that.

Yes, we need to fix that. I don't have the pixels. But I think shorlander should be able to give you the right alignment and sizes of the tiles. (File a bug and CC shorlander to get the right pixel number)
