This might be ideal for when something lands and keeps on making a job to retry and no one is watching to stop it.

Due to bug 931882, we're seeing an excessive amount of retries for js jit-tests on Cedar over the past few builds, e.g. see [1], requiring manual stopping.

I think the requirement for manual stopping is a good reason not to run this on Try, but many of the js people do not have access to local Android systems for testing, and being able to run on Try would help them out, and save some loan requests.
