Often times I find myself tweaking some code, rebuilding, and entering the debugger again. It would be really nice if the browser debugger would remember my breakpoints after restarting.

It's useful for content debugging, and likely similar complexity. I'd say we should do it for both, but if you think chrome debugging will be an easier first-step then go for it :)

Closing this as we landed support persisted breakpoints in debugger.html last week. We'll land a new bundle in nightly next week.
