STR: 1) Enable OMTC+Layer Border 2) Type several lines in a multi-line textbox until it has a scrollbar. Bugzilla comment field works fine. 3) Place the caret on a new line immediately after a non empty line such as this: Line1 Line2 Line3 <Caret> 4) Scroll the textbox While the textbox is marked active the caret blinking causes the layer tree to change each time it blinks.
