Description:
As a user, in SINGLE PHOTO VIEW, I should be able to single-tap the share button in the toolbar and select a share option from the pop-up menu it triggers. When sharing is complete, I should be returned to the place in the grid view I started from.

Prerequisites: Have a few photos on the device and email account setup.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130610070206
2) Open a photo is Single Photo View - The photo is opened in Full Screen Mode
3) Tap the share button and choose to a share option. Share the photo.

Actual:
After the photo is shared the user is returned to Single photo view when using Bluetooth transfer or Wallpaper shearing option, and when shearing using Messages (MMS) or Email user not returned to gallery app at all.

Expected:
After the photo is shared the user is returned to Gallery Grid View.

I have no idea what the correct behavior is here. I never saw any user stories when I was creating the app. I suspect they were created after the fact, after wire frames had been created.

I'd prefer to have input from UX on this rather than just basing this on "UCID: gallery-028".  I don't know what or where that is and I don't know how authoritative it is.

In particular, if we change the behavior of share to go back to the grid, should we also change delete to go back to the grid, too?

I think it would be better to leave the behavior as it is. That way, the user could easily share once by MMS, then share again by email and then delete the photo, without having to go back and forth from the grid view to single photo view.

Casey (or other UX team member): it isn't hard to make gallery do what this bug is asking. I just don't think it is the right thing to do. But if you tell me what to do, I'll do it.

I can't see any reason why this should be a blocker other than that to be pedantic about some spreadsheet row labeled UCID: gallery-28.

I believe the correct behaviour is that all kinds of sharing should return to the single photo view as it currently does with wallpaper and bluetooth. This means that we need MMS and email to follow this behaviour along with any other forms of sharing we add in the future. As David mentioned, this allows a user to share or delete without going back and forth between the grid view.
