Description:
The user is able to stop a loading website by tapping on "stop-close" icon present on the address bar.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130610070206
2) Go to Browser App
3) Visit planet.mozilla.org
4) Tap on the "stop-close" (X) icon when the page is still loading
Actual:
The user sees the webpage is loading
Expected:
The user is able to stop the loading webpage
