Steps to reproduce:

1) Given: Mail account with default address A and second identity B.
2) Got appointment invitation to address B
3) Confirmed invitation



Actual results:

Confirmed appointment, confiramtion was sent from address A, though the invitation was sent to address B!


Expected results:

Confirmation should be sent from address B.

Bug already listet at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=475886, but seems to be unconsidered for several years, so I decided to open this new bug, including specifying the current version, where this problem still exists!
