1. Title:Deferred retrieval mode not working
2. Precondition: SMS app should be working
3. Tester's Action:  Home -> Settings -> Cellular & Data Settings -> Message Settings -> Multimedia messaging (MMS) -> Set Auto retrieve option to "Off"
4. Detailed Symptom (ENG.) : Even if user doesn’t download manually the MMS, radio side it is immediately downloaded but it is displayed only after clicking on download icon
5. Expected: The MMS download should be done only after allowing the download
6. Reproducibility: Y
1) Frequency Rate : 100%
7. Gaia Master/v1-train: Reproduced on v1-train and master
8. Gaia Revision:  bd07ce233160a0e6325bf736769772a9d2273458
9. Personal email id: [e-mail]

Could you please see bug 878360. Is this bug the same behaviour as below?

Now I know how to reproduce it. There are some pre-conditions.
1. You are in the environment that not be able to receive MMS.
2. On auto-retrieving mode.
3. Send the message before first launching sms AP. You can reboot the phone and send the MMS during boot-up.

Then you will see the notification trying to download the MMS. If you still in the bad environment, you will see the error icon after about 15 minutes. If you enter a good environment, you can receive the message at final.

I can't reproduce this bug.
Below is my test procedure:
1. Home -> Settings -> Cellular & Data Settings -> Message Settings -> Multimedia messaging (MMS) -> Set Auto retrieve option to "Off"
2. Send an MMS by Android phone.
3. Attachment "Deferred retrieval mode is working" is what I see in my FFOS phone.
