Description:
1. Goto "Edit -> Preferences -> Proxy configuration".
2. Select manual proxy. There is no option here to enter
   the proxy details manually.

paulmac...this is not implemented yet...is it?
There are bugs that these prefs don't work when manually entered in prefs50.js,
but I don't know of one dealing with the actually UI. Matt, do you know the
status of this?
