Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Marketplace
2. Search for an app with price tier 130
3. Click on the price to purchase
Actual results:
Clicking to purchase has no function
Expected results:
The purchase screen should be brought without error

Price tier 130 not supported for Columbia. Krupa says to close this. The bug is that the app is showing up at all (which is a different bug)
