Need to redesign how the copy and text looks in the red stamp area.
Marking a blocker, because this is front page, really important real estate.

This incorporates the new copy and ties back in the button style throughout the rest of the site. Am going to cut images for Dale now.

Dale, the wave pattern to repeat horizontally (given this can't be created with css) is in production / images / bkg-pat-wave.png
I think that's all you need for this! So marking resolved.
