We can take advantage of Sphinx-based publishing by way of ReadTheDocs.org, but it might be more ideal to set up our own publishing chain based on Sphinx.
This would involve rigging a Sphinx install up to react to GitHub webhooks (and ideally beyond). I'm not entirely sure what that would entail, infrastructure-wise, but filing this bug to start collecting the requirements & details.
