Steps to reproduce:

With this RFC it's possible to autodiscover the path for CalDAV and CardDAV.


Actual results:

It seems that Thunderbird/Lightning does a "PROPFIND /". This only works if CalDAV is configured in the 'root' of the server. This makes it hard to have CalDAV, CardDAV and WebDAV on the same server without requiring the user to enter a path.
