See http://buildbot-master-servo-01.srv.servo.releng.use1.mozilla.com:8001/builders/mac/builds/15/steps/shell/logs/stdio where concurrency is set to 1. The linux build slaves are set to 8 I think.

Set to 6 on Linux, actually. We've got 4 cores on Mac machines, so 6 is probably a good number there too.

If you want to try to do this yourself, there's two things that need to happen:
* Create a mac.py config alongside https://github.com/mozilla/build-mozharness/blob/master/configs/servo/linux.py and set concurrency in it.
* Add mozharness_config to the mac builder's properties: https://hg.mozilla.org/users/dmitchell_mozilla.com/puppet320/file/6ff0ee22590b/modules/buildmaster/files/servo/master.cfg#l125

I can review and land the changes today if you write them. If not, I'll get to this Monday/Tuesday.

Landed + reconfiged the buildbot master. This should speed things up!
