Sidebar Bookmarks Subfolders should open with a single click (not doubleclick).

single-clicking links and double-clicking subfolders is inconsistent and will
encourage users to always doubleclick, no matter what to be on the safe side. We
need to make the sidebar bookmarks UI consistent, and making it "fire" on a
single-click for both links and opening folders is the best way to go.
Dupe of bug 71768. This now works correctly (single click opens sub-folders) on
2001062909/Linux (I believe it's been working for a couple days).
