1.) Set ssl proxy to junruh.mcom.com:8080.
2.) Visit the in-house URL https://junruh.mcom.com:5001 which is set for TLS 
ONLY.

My understanding is that there are no TLS-only web servers in the "real" world
for the time being.  However, we must address this for our enterprise customers.
