Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the "QA" menu
2. Select "Bug Template"
3. Crash
Loading the Bugzilla Helper page
(http://www.mozilla.org/quality/help/bugzilla-helper.html) directly on the URL
bar won't crash Mozilla.
Marking my bug as dupe (20 mins after I submitted it!!)
