I am looking at the waterfall view of https://hacklab.to and the Netmonitor displays 285.32 KB for the IMGP2602_stitch2-2.jpg object that is included on that page while on the right side the content-length display 219128 bytes. Other inspectors like Chrome and Safari correctly show 213.99 KB.
Looks like it.
