steps to reproduce:
1. Start MP Stage.
2. Search for a paid application.
3. Select buy
4. Notice the error message "received bango error"
expected behavior:
The payment should go through and the user should be able to install the application.
observed behavior:
The user receives the error message "received bango error"

Tom says this could be a header enrichment bug that was fixed last night. Please re-test it and let us know if it still fails.

Kumar, I was able to purchase applications yesterday evening and earlier this morning over MP Stage. Now however each time I purchase an application using carrier billing I receive the error message "Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later"
If I try purchasing using credit card I receive the message:
"Sorry, this payment could not be processed. Please try again later"

Verified as fixed after talking with Vikas who tested live on Poland
