steps to reproduce:

1. Start the application. 
2. Search for a paid app that can be purchased using credit card. 
3. Select buy. 
4. Enter valid credit card details. 
5. Notice the error message "Sorry the payment could not be processed. Please try again later"

expected behavior:

The payment should go through and the user should be able to install the application. 

observed behavior:

The user is not able to purchase the application.
FW version: Boot2Gecko 1.0.1.0-prerelease
