Details

STR:
1. Navigate using explore by touch to a contenteditable element (I used http://html5demos.com/contenteditable).
2. Double tap. Nothing happens.

Expected: Keyboard comes up and you can type.

This happens in Firefox 23 and above, and seems to work in 22.
