Details
I've found that if I'm viewing a long page (like the gcc list archives) and
click on a link, then click back and click on another link before the page
finishes loading from the cache, the scroll position is not restored. This is
with 2001062904 on NT4sp6a.

If I am reading this bug right, then this is a duplicate of Bug 58785 - "paging
back and forth through a website can loose your position on the previous page"
