as per our investigation of when the problems started occurring with android automation, it appears that mid day on June 14th the problems were introduced (on m-c). Unfortunately none of the changesets in that time appear to be problematic, but there was a sutagent upgrade. lets back out and sutagent 1.18 and revert to 1.17.
Backout out in http://hg.mozilla.org/build/tools/rev/5b96dd12cf7d And just deployed
