1. Title : headphoneschange event for videos playing from gallery and camera filmstrip
2. Precondition : Camera app and gallery player app should be working
3. Tester's Action : 1. Insert headphones to phone -> Open camera -> record video
                     2. Play recorded video -> remove head phones
 
4. Detailed Symptom (ENG.) : Video play still continues to play even after removing the headphone jack. 

5. Expected : Video should pause after removing headphones from phone.
6.Reproducibility: Y

Mark, thanks for working on this and the patch looks good, it used the mozAudioChannelManager just like Music and Video apps so should be no problem. I have tested and it works well.
