Go to the URL, or any other where the vertical/horizontal bar appears. If you're using the Classic Theme, you'll see that the scroll bar is huge, even if you set the Windows Display Properties->Appearance->Item->Scroll bar->Size to a low value. Same happens on the Modern Theme, except that the scroll bar on this theme is smaller than in classic. Marcos.
This might be intended behavior. This way it simply always fits to the layout. What resolution do you use and how many pixels is "huge" ?
Oh yeah, forgot about PC status. User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.1+) Gecko/20010630 BuildID: 2001343443 Plataform: Windows 98, 800x600x16bit. The property I mentioned is set to 13. The default value is 16. Its the windows default and appears to be Classic size too. Modern seems to use 13. This shouldn't be the intended behavior, because when I change the title bar's color via windows settings, mozilla changes accordinly, so it would be inconsistent to obey some settings and discard others.
->XPToolkit. Is nsDeviceContext (or whatever gets system metrics) set up to get this info? Can we propagate it into CSS and into themes?
