1. Open the Web Console.
2. Type in |window| and press enter.
3. Click on "[object Window]" to open up the right hand side bar.
4. Scroll in that sidebar.

Unfortunately, I've been unable to reproduce this so far. Is the browser window of a particular size when this happens? Is it intermittent at all? Anything else that I should know?

Hmm, I hit this bug when I was debugging something else so I just filed it and moved on.  It was quite reproducible back then.  But when I tried just now I couldn't reproduce it either...
