Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.2) Gecko/20010628 BuildID: 2001062815 I've looked at some of the bug reports, and I admit my lack of understanding in the difference between "panning" and "Autoscrolling." The problem: In all of my other major Window applications (including Netscape Communicator 4.77), if I click the mouse wheel button, the cursor will change, allowing me to move the curor to the extremes of the screen and scroll that way, with the scrolling speed increasing as the mouse moves away from the origin point. This does not work in 0.9.2. If I just move the wheel without clicking the button first, I can scroll that way, but it is slower and much less efficient. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click on the mousewheel button. 2. 3. Actual Results: Nothing happens. Expected Results: The cursor should have changed, allowing quick scrolling.
