full header display won't

Details
Selecting "Full Headers" to be displayed doesn't result in the frame (area right
about the message body, blue in "modern") being resized. There also is no
manual resize apparent, so the full headers are not visible.

I apologize for the multiple messages, but 'about' in the initial report was
supposed to be 'above.' That is, the frame I am referring to is above the
message body (where the headers are displayed).
I assume you mean "View" | "Headers" -> "All"
That is currently broken, and the bug is 73413
