If you begin to enter a URL into the location bar and the drop down list appears
with many entries, the slider will not exactly follow the mouse pointer if
clicked on it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. enter something into the location bar that will cause the drop down list
contain many entries
2. click on the slider and drag it around


Actual Results:  The slider will follow the mouse, but at least 20px above the
mouse pointer.

Expected Results:  The slider should exactly follow the pointer.
