When you have the orange bar opened when you right click on on a start screen tile, pressing "CTRL + L" should dismiss the current bar and show the "URL Bar"

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Open Firefox Metro
2) Right click on a tile under "Bookmarks" on the awesome page and you should see the orange bar at the bottom with the "Remove" and "Unpin" icons
3) While that bar is opened, press "CTRL + L" and you will notice nothing happens

Current Behavior:

- The orange bar at the bottom that you receive when right clicking a tile on the awesome page does not auto-dismiss when user presses "CTRL + L"

Expected Behavior:

- When the user right clicks on a tile on the awesome screen and has the orange bar at the bottom, pressing "CTRL + L" should auto-dismiss the bar and show the "URL Bar"

Haven't really had a chance to work on this due to other priorities but I will definitely work on this when I start full-time as I'll have a lot more time ;)
